1. General

1.1 These conditions apply to agreements for the supply of products and services, also referred to as goods or goods, to end customers in Norway. Orders are made through our medical center or through contact at our website (www.epivity.com). The agreement is concluded between you as a customer and Epivity Health Oslo AS (org. no. 932162628).

1.2 There is no age limit to sign up for Epivity Health's membership. However, Epivity Health reserves the right to reject or modify an order in the event of incorrect personal data or a history of non-payment.

1.3 The website and its contents are owned by Epivity Health Oslo and are protected by intellectual property law. It is not permitted to copy or use content without prior written consent from us.

2. Conclusion of an agreement

2.1 Membership Agreement (“Epivity Member”) may be entered into via the internet, telephone, or orally at Epivity's premises.

3. Duration

3.1 Membership is valid for one month after payment and there is no binding period. The content of the membership is described on Epivity's website, as well as communicated verbally to the customer when the agreement is signed.

4. Privacy

3.1 Spring privacy statement explains how we handle your personal data and is an integral part of these Terms.

5. Customer's responsibility when ordering

5.1 The Customer is responsible for providing the correct address when ordering.

6. Prices and payment

6.1 All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner, there is no VAT on Epivity's services. Pricing may vary based on promotions and distribution. Epivity Health offers payment via Stripe (Card Payment) and Vipps.

7th. Customer Information

7.1 The Customer is responsible for providing correct information when ordering.

7.2 The Customer is responsible for protecting their login information.

7.3 In the event of suspected misuse of a customer account, Epivity Health reserves the right to block the account.

8. Right of withdrawal and return — use of the right of withdrawal

If the Member exercises any right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Membership (service within the meaning of the law) shall be deemed to have commenced from the time stated in clause 3 of the Terms. This means, among other things, that any discount or other membership benefits the Member has obtained before the right of withdrawal is exercised, but after the Membership has commenced, may be required to be refunded by Epivity Health. This section of the Terms and Conditions is a separate agreement in accordance with Section 21, third paragraph, of the Right of Withdrawal Act.

9. Complaints

9.1 If you receive a product with defects or defects, you have the full right of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered.

9.2 Contact our customer service for a complaint form and return procedure. Any return shipping in the event of a complaint is covered by us.

10. Products and information

10.1 Our products and services are designed to support health and wellness, but are not intended to replace medical care. Statements about the products are based on research, but are not necessarily approved by Norwegian or European health authorities.

10.2 Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded.

10.3 Always consult your health care provider before starting supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking prescription medications.

10.4 Some of our products contain ingredients that are under ongoing research studies and cannot be marketed with specific health claims. The customer purchases and uses these products at their own risk.

11. Complaints

11.1 If you have a complaint about your purchase, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to find a solution.

11.2 If the complaint is not resolved, the matter may be brought before the Consumer Council.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

12.1 We reserve the right to adjust prices, product information and availability without prior notice.

12.2 We do not accept responsibility for improper use of the Products. Always follow the recommended use on the package.

12.3 Epivity Supplements cannot be held responsible for indirect losses or consequences of improper use of our products.

13. Change of Terms

13.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms as necessary. Changes are published on our website and are effective from the date of publication.
